Activate your license

Thanks for buying Full Page Export. Your license key arrived by email right after checkout — here is how to switch it on. It takes about a minute.

Five steps

Install the plugin from Figma Community The plugin itself is free. Your license unlocks the paid features inside it. (Community link coming with launch.)
Open it in Figma Right-click the canvas → Plugins → Full Page Export. The panel opens on the right.
Click Have a license key? It sits at the bottom of the panel, under the export buttons. A key field appears.
Paste your key and press Activate Copy the whole key from your purchase email, including the dashes. Stray spaces are trimmed for you.
Look for ✓ Pro activated Max keys show ✓ Max activated. That is it — the watermark is gone and your scales are unlocked. The plugin remembers the key, so you only do this once per computer.

What your license unlocks

Both licenses are one-time purchases. There is nothing to renew.

A license also unlocks the file name. On the free version the name is set for you (layer-name_northpixel.png); with Pro or Max the field appears in the panel and you can rename the file however you like.

Using more than one computer?

Your key activates on up to 3 computers. If you reach the limit, open the plugin on the machine you no longer use and click Deactivate — that frees a slot immediately.

If something goes wrong

It says "This key is not valid for this product."

The key is genuine but belongs to a different product — usually a key from another plugin, or a test key. Check that you copied the key from the Full Page Export purchase email. If it looks right, email us the key and we will sort it out.

It says "Activation failed. Check your key."

Almost always a copy-paste problem: a missing character, or a line break picked up from the email. Copy the key again in one go. If it still fails, you may have used all 3 activations — deactivate an old computer first, or email us and we will reset it.

It says "Network error. Check your connection and try again."

The plugin could not reach our license server. A VPN, a corporate firewall or an offline moment is the usual cause. Try again on a normal connection. Nothing was consumed — your key is untouched.

It says "License is no longer active. Reverted to Free."

The license was disabled or refunded, so the plugin fell back to Free. If you did not request a refund, email us — we will look it up by your order.

I picked a scale and it jumped back

Scales your license does not cover are still listed, grouped under Pro or Max. Choosing one opens the pricing page in your browser and puts the scale back to what it was — nothing is broken. Pro covers 1X, 1.2X and 2X; Max covers everything from 0.5X to 3X plus the custom width. If you have Pro and want the rest, email us and we will send you the difference as an upgrade.

I lost my license key

Search your inbox for the purchase receipt from Lemon Squeezy — the key is in that email. If you cannot find it, email us from the address you bought with and we will resend it.
